What you send us

If you use a form, we ask for your name, mobile number, email, the property address, what the project is, your timeline, how you heard about us, and any note you add. You can also upload photos and plans. Those files are encouraged. They are not required.

The form also records the page you started on and, when they are present in the link you used, campaign tags such as utm_source. That is how a radio spot and a yard sign can be told apart.

Where it goes

This site is built so a host can deliver form submissions by email. On Netlify, submissions are stored in that host’s form dashboard and can be emailed to the notification address you configure — intended to be leads@digrightsolutions.com. We use them to reply, to decide whether a site visit makes sense, and to see which channel the inquiry came from.

We don’t sell this information. We don’t hand it to an advertiser as a list.

Texts

The text-message box is unchecked unless you check it. If you do, we may text you about that project. You can reply STOP to opt out. Don’t check it for someone else.

Calls

This website does not record calls. If call tracking is added later, Maryland’s all-party consent rule has to be handled with a spoken notice. That setup is not live here.

Analytics

Version 1 of this site does not include Google Analytics, a Meta pixel, or any other tracker. If one is added, this page should name it before the tag goes on the site.

How long

Inquiries are kept long enough to do the work and to meet ordinary business and insurance record needs. To ask what we have, or to ask us to correct it, email hello@digrightsolutions.com.
