This website is published by Square One Development Group, LLC, using the trade name DigRight. It describes site development and land solutions across Washington, DC, Maryland, and Virginia.

Not a bid

Nothing on this site is an offer, a bid, or a contract. A price exists when it is in writing for a named property.

Not a design

Pages about drainage, driveways, septic, and utilities are general. They are not an engineering design, a survey, a perc test, a soil evaluation, an appraisal, or a septic design. A Land Assessment says this again, on purpose. Cost ranges in an assessment, when one is written, are planning estimates.

Photographs

Job photographs are from DigRight projects. Where a page has no job photo, the picture is a general photograph of land. It is not a claim about a specific DigRight job, and it is not a Square One house.
